Welcome to Golden Apiary. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website.

We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the site (e.g., bee suits, extractors, storage buckets). However, we do not guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be accurate, complete, reliable, current, or free of other errors.

  • Availability: All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

  • Pricing: Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. Orders and Payment

  • Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via M-Pesa, Credit Card, Bank Transfer, Cash on Delivery. Payment must be received before goods are dispatched (unless Cash on Delivery is selected).

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Delivery Areas: We currently ship and deliver within Kenya.

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination at checkout.

  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are 2-7 days. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be satisfied with your beekeeping supplies.

  • Equipment (Suits, Extractors, Tools): If you are not satisfied, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 14 days for an exchange or refund.

  • Food Products (Honey): For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened honey buckets or food products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

7. Limitation of Liability

Golden Apiary shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

  • Safety Warning: Beekeeping involves inherent risks (e.g., bee stings). Our protective gear (bee suits, gloves) is designed to minimize risk but cannot guarantee 100% prevention of stings. The user assumes full responsibility for the proper use of equipment.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Kenya.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website.
